"The apartment was in an excellent location and met our needs very well with the exception of the kitchen, which had only a 2-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a traditional toaster (no microwave or oven). Paola was very responsive and helpful--we felt that we were in good hands. We parked at the structure on Via Roma, which was easy to find and use, and a reasonable walking distance to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay."

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Amazing space and gracious hosts - we were picked up after arriving by train by Luigi and Emanuela, who gave us a quick tour of town and oriented us to the apartment. The place is so lovely - beautifully decorated and immaculate. Truly one of our best rental experiences ever. Nothing to critique or complain about here. Orvieto is a charming town and this apartment is the best place to stay. Book it!"

"Valerie was very responsive to any and all needs. The apartment is absolutely beautiful however, the three of us that we’re travelling are all in our mid 70s to early 80s. One person with arthritis issues so the stairs were a bit of a problem for that person. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this apartment and would go back on my own many times over"

The apartment is pleasant and makes the best use of space and has every conceivable amenitie. "This property was as advertised. My only suggestions would be to actually meet us at the site and check us in versus walking over to the office, especially for first timers to Orvieto, who are not familiar with the streets and also to consider offering options we could hire to get a ride/taxi to the property. After arriving directly from the U.S., the walk was not 8 minutes. We had luggage and it was up hill almost the entire way and on cobblestone. That said, the unit worked well for us."
