"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The layout and outdoor spaces were just what our family group of 15 would hope for! We were 12 adults and 3 infants staying for 5 nights. Giulia and Fabbio were excellent hosts- you could tell they really desired for us to enjoy our stay, and did everything they could to help us. "Struttura confortevole e pulita. Un po' fuori mano, ma raggiungibilissima tramite GPS. Ubicata in aperta collina è ottimale soprattutto in estate per non patire il caldo. Ho dato 5 stelle anche se vi sono delle piccole cose che, senza colpo ferire, potrebbero essere tranquillamente migliorate. Mi riferisco all'asciugacapelli ed a qualche piccola gruccia per riporre gli abitanti nell'armadio ."

"This is our second stay at this Villa. Martina is a wonderful host and the villa is beautiful. The location is great for discovering both Umbria and Tuscany. We did a different town almost every day. Most towns with a hour or hour 1/2. For longer cities the Fabro train station 15 minutes away. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to relax away from a hotel."
