"This little apartment was wonderful - cozy, clean and well-appointed with everything you could want or need and spacious enough to really spread out. By American standards the bathrooms are great and there was a king-sized bed! We really appreciated being able to do some laundry. The town of Silvermines is very quiet (only one pub that doesn't serve food, but is a hoot - my husband had a great time chatting with people). "We originally booked a 1 bedroom but the night before we got there we were told that wasn’t available and we were being given a different unit. I felt uncomfortable with that at such late notice but the house we were given was much larger and grander. The location was perfect for our stay and travels. The owner was kind and helpful. They have a family farm and were working a lot so we appreciated his time. The views are pretty and it was very peaceful."

"Being less than a 5 minute walk to the top of town, this cottage is in a perfect position to enjoy and explore wonderful Killorglin. It is spacious, very clean and well presented. From the outside it appears to be a very small cottage, but once inside it feels like the TARDIS. Ann & Mick visited us to see if everything was ok, which it was.
