The room could improve in general by cleaning thoroughly and specifically having the coffee machine cleaned, the oxidation of the tap off, better quality towel and a luggage rack."

"We found the location to be in easy walking distance of all major. Whilst quite grand in appearance from the photos the interior is actually a little dated and although there was a lift to our floor we still had a number of steep stairs to negotiate with large suitcases. It was difficult to locate anyone for the front desk even at the times stated as "staffed". Verona is delightful"
