"A great stay in this family owned b&b in a charming off the beaten tracks village but close enough to the highway and other tourist attractions. A great welcome from the owners who even gave us breakfast in advance in our room because we were checking out early to get the early morning ferry boat to the Tremiti Islands"

"Check-in was a nightmare. The apartment was simply that. Special instructions had no phone number, so we couldn't contact proprietors. We spent more than an hour on the phone w/ a Travelocity rep in the Philippines while standing on the sidewalk in spitting rain. I finally pried a phone number from the rep, which my wife called. We finally got buzzed in remotely and there was a key card on the kitchen table. The apartment has potential, but it's drab and poorly maintained. The shower was not...

"This property was difficult to find, as it is tucked into the corner of a piazza. The inside architecture is interesting - do not choose the "In Aereo" room if you are taller than 5'4", as you risk hitting your head on steel support beams in the ceiling. Communication with the host was difficult as well - one of the streets we were supposed to take in order to access parking was closed, and he was not able to assist with finding an alternate route or directing us to other free parking. "Very nice, modern and clean. In all honesty better than the supposed 4 star hotel we stayed at the week before. The room is on the 4th floor without elevator. So be prepared. But we loved it. Highly recommended. We were traveling with our 6 year old, the Smart TV was a great feature and we were able to watch Netflix and keep our son entertained. "

"Received code to access the building from owner/manager via what's app. On arrival, entered main door and no lighting whatsoever. The entrance had a horrible smell and musty sense. Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. We booked somewhere else at a much cleaner hotel"

"Pulizia e servizi in comune con cucina, lavastoviglie e frigo in comune e anche frigo in camera ben fornito bibite e spumante a pagamento. Vicinanza a supermercato e pizza a taglio vicinissimi. Parcheggio sotto in strada. Unico problema una piccola rampa di scale da fare con valigie perché non ha ascensore. Piano terra rialzato livello strada. Internet wifi gratuito stabile. Zanzariera alla finestra ottima. Grazie. "
