"Borgo San Pietro is in the charming Tuscan hilltop town of Agnone. We loved being in the historic district and were able to walk everywhere. The hostess, Valentina, was so helpful and always available--she even scheduled a tour in English for us at the Marinelli Bell Foundry. The views from our room were amazing! Be prepared to walk uphill on old Roman streets, some cobblestone. The local residents were all friendly and helpful, especially the Town Hall staff helping us with geneology...

Needed to turn on lights ourselves. Tried to locate our unit when the lights went out. We got the heck out of there. Not impressed at all. Expedia will be refunding us our stay. We booked somewhere else at a much cleaner hotel"

"This is essentially an apartment that has been converted into 3 bedrooms with individual ensuites a shared kitchen area, very clean but very noisy, The heating wasn’t on, the water was turned off in the early hours so hand washing after ablutions wasn’t available. First night the couple in the room next to me got very loudly amorous x 4 ( more energy than I have). Night 2 showers & toilets and neighbours on the above floors arguing. "We stayed Masseria Acqusalsa for 1 night while making our way from Rome to Termoli. It was absolutely amazing. This farmhouse B&B was exactly what we needed after a long flight from the US to rest and enjoy the Italian countryside. The hosts were friendly and beyond accommodating. They made a lovely dinner recommendation to a wonderful restaurant in Agnone and served a fantastic spread for breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend staying there. "

"Very nice, modern and clean. In all honesty better than the supposed 4 star hotel we stayed at the week before. The room is on the 4th floor without elevator. So be prepared. But we loved it. Highly recommended. We were traveling with our 6 year old, the Smart TV was a great feature and we were able to watch Netflix and keep our son entertained. "

"We were visiting relatives in nearby Sanpolomatese and this was a fantastic option. The host was lovely and the place had everything we needed and more. Plus it was in a great location. Near restaurants, grocery store, museums and more. (Walking distance). If you have a car parking is a bit of an issue but the host helped out a lot and couldn’t have been any nicer. Overall great experience."
