"Spent one evening at the Providence Hilton with my parents and sister. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, though we did have to call the front desk multiple times to resolve issues (including having to move my parents to a new room as their heat didn't work). Despite the inconveniences I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Providence."

"Hotel in general was very nice as was the restaurant. However, the room was sub-par. Only got around 5 minutes of hot water for 2 people, toilet ran and bathroom door did not close. We mentioned hot water issue to desk staff but nothing changed - nor did we get an update. The staff did comp our parking."
