"I like that it's very affordable and closed to Berlin Ostbahnhof. The apartment studio is clean and new but there are a few inconvenient things. The door is hard to open, I had to ask the receptionist for help. The hot water from the shower is not very stable. There was no wifi instruction, I had to look it up myself under the router. "I really liked this hotel - decent sized room, good location (close to Metro) and decent breakfast. Bathroom was good and service was reasonable. Price was on the higher end but that was due to a large conference in Berlin during the visit. Close to a several shops and restaurants. "

"Die Unterkunft selbst war bestens. Leider gab es Schwierigkeiten beim Check In, da der Code für die Türöffnung nicht übermittelt, bzw. die Info zum Check In nicht übermittelt wurde. Nach einigen Telefonaten wurde das Problem von einer netten Mitarbeiterin per Telefon gelöst. Die Auffindung der Unterkunft stellte sich sehr schwierig dar, zumindest zu den gegebenen Umständen , es regnete und war sehr dunkel. Wir fanden sie schließlich durch Hilfe einer Mitarbeiterin der Pizzabäckerei um die Ecke....
