There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. "This property is great for large groups, 3 bedrooms and trundle bed in the living room and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen was fully equipped and good-sized. There was a full size dining table and large comfortable sofas in the living room- not always easy to find. We enjoyed the off street parking. That said, outside was noisy because of the freeway nearby. The neighborhood was convenient for getting around, but a little rough around the edges. "
