"We had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Kauai! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and became our favorite spot to start and end each day. The location was perfect, making it easy to reach all the places we wanted to explore on the island. The nearby grocery store is perfect. Check in first because you will get a coupon for the grocery store ($10 or $20 off) The home itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to beach supplies...

"Loved our stay at this property. Perfect location. Unbelievable views from the balconies. Condo had everything that we needed and more. Clean, spacious. Quick walk to the beach. Beach chairs were a nice bonus. Would 100% stay there again! Great communication from the owner too."

"We were originally drawn to the "Walkable to Anini Beach Trailhead" title, but quickly found we were fooled. While it is technically "walkable" at 0.5 miles, we were highly encouraged by the concierge NOT to use this trail to access the beach as it was unsafe and no longer recommended by any of the area hotels/complexes. For reference, the closest other beach (as recommended by management) was about an hour walk and includes 200 stairs. Pool was lovely. We have 2 small children, so perhaps you...

"They still wanted to sell me they place, and they had too many marketing gimmicks. Pretended to give us a complementary night but it was outside of our booking spot (before we were scheduled to arrive) No housekeeping or any services and wants to charge you for anything extra. Condo is otherwise decent and peaceful, nice pool especially for little ones."

"This property perhaps is best appreciated by thinking of it as a 'condo ' rather than a posh resort. Very well run, clean, close attention to detail, free parking, loaner beach gear etc. If you are expecting water slides and a lazy river...no. Medium sized pool w/ hot tub that we rarely shared w/ anyone. Do note that the upstairs neighbors were loud -- early (4 and 5 am) in spite of 'quiet time'. We complained once and then let it go... Great home base to Hanalei and local beaches. "
