Loved our stay! Scott was so thorough in prepping us for things to do nearby that made our trip easier. The chocolate farm he recommended was amazing. All the extra ocean toys was super helpful as there are so many beaches to chose from on the north shore.

We had a fantastic time at the property for our extended family gathering of 10 people. Property is exactly as advertised and in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of beach gear to use, and we enjoyed the bikes supplied to explore the area as well.

Our stay in Princeville was fantastic. The house is in a beautiful location- close to activities, beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. The house is STOCKED with all of the beach supplies a family could need, including chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, sand toys, a cooler, and even a wagon to haul everything. The layout of the house was perfect for two families. We would absolutely recommend this property.

We held a friends reunion in Kauai and stayed at the house which suited our needs very well. It's a great location, the place was clean and had lots amenities which we very much enjoyed. Would certainly stays there again. The communication with host was direct and very quick responses.

Celebrating a 21st birthday
Our whole family plus the 21 year old’s boyfriend came! We had a fantastic stay (with the exception of an Airgas truck driver coming over on us!) Even with the accident, we were able to make some great memories! I have to mention how wonderful Scott was during the entire stay. We would definitely love to come again!

Comfy beds and good location
The location of this house is very good! The golf course and trail leading to the Queen’s Bath are within walking distance and the grocery is nearby. There are also some great restaurants and food trucks that you can enjoy! We liked the air conditioning in the downstairs living area and master. Upstairs gets a little warm but cools off after sunset nicely. Beds are comfy! Bring your own soap! Thanks for a good place to stay!

Beautiful Home
My brother and I took our parents to Kauai for their 50th wedding anniversary and this house was perfect for our needs! I loved that each bedroom basically had its own bathroom. The AC downstairs was very powerful and made coming in from the outside, delightful. This house was in a great neighborhood and very convenient to get to from all the local shopping. We hope to come back and stay here one of these days again. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful family home!
We stayed with our children and grandchildren at this beautiful home. The indoor and outdoor kitchens were well set up, and we made many family dinners and were able to eat indoors and outdoors. The home is roomy and very comfortable. The outdoor beach toys and wagon were used daily by our grandsons, and we loved having the beach chairs and towels available at the house for our daily beach trips. Just a beautiful home in a magical place. Scott was great with returning my messages and sent lots of good information that helped us plan our trip. One of our very best family trips. Would absolutely rebook this house!

We stayed on Poipu beach for the first part of our trip but wanted to explore the northern part of the island. Great stay at this Princeville house. Remember there isn’t A/C but was not an issue for us. We were out all day and slept with windows open at night. Must do up north: * Hanalei shopping and meals * Hanalei Bay sunset * Tunnels Beach

Great house for family
My family stayed at this property in Princeville 7 days. We absolutely loved this fantastic house ! We had 10 adults and the house was specious and very comfortable for our whole family. There were lots of kitchen tools, dishes, towels and snorkel equipments even bikes. The location was perfect and convenient with very quiet neighbors. The owner Scott was super friendly and easy to communicate. All family members really enjoyed this house and area. Thank you for wonderful stay !!

Nice home and location!
The home was nice, great arrangement. Although there are a few minor items I will mention, I would still rate as a 5. The bedroom with double bunks was hot and no working fan which made it a little uncomfortable for the guests in that room. Overall nice, some wear to furniture, however, most time was not spent in the house, so this was not a concern.
