"Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth. "

"The apartment is a home from home and has everything you’d need! We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! Comfortable beds, great location although did get a little noisy at times! "

"Lovely apartment, well stocked and with a fantastic view. It was warm and cosy and an easy walk into Brixham town. We took a couple of coastal walks directly from the apartment without having to drive anywhere.Our hosts were friendly and helpful.Be aware that the apartment is accessed by an external spiral staircase but it's well lit after dark. Off street parking is an added bonus!"

"The property was excellent. Thanks for the goodies. My criticism would be gaining access and finding property. When driving it was difficult to find the property. A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door. The lock box was also temperamental and difficult. Perhaps change the box and locate it by the door of the apartment. "

Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely."

"The best location for holiday stay in Plymouth! Right in the heart of city centre. Reasonable price for a modern studio with a nice functional kitchenette and a fridge. The mattress and bed linings are just ok, not very good quality. Cleanness is basic. If revisit Plymouth, I would book again."

"Nice place and nice surroundings. Well positioned for the south east corner of Cornwall. It's not often you go away these days to a self catering cottage and don't get a welcome pack. Even if it's just a pint of milk. But not here. Also, free access to Wi-Fi is now pretty standard, but again not here. A couple of small things that could have made it perfect. "

"Location was great as it’s only a short walk to the seafront. Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. Had issue with WiFi but they were helpful. We stayed in flat 4 which was ground floor so ideal carrying stuff to and from My only criticism is no washing machine, leaving us with wet clothes from the beach and every time you...

"Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"We had an absolutely brilliant stay in the Chapel. It is much bigger than it looks with gorgeous high ceilings so it feels very spacious. With a two year old and a large dog, it never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. And the bathroom is HUGE! We felt incredibly welcomed and will be back without a doubt. Thankyou so much x"

"Fantastic week - what a place, beaches lovely, people mega friendly, accommodation lovely especially the views, the Venus Cafe was superb AND we even had good weather. Burgh Island was a treat the Pilchard Inn did a stunning meal and the sea tractor was something everyone should do. I loved it all and so did the dog :-)"

"Stayed for 6 nights. Great location and view from the room gorgeous! Everything we needed. Only one complaint we were by the door to where the garbage is put....lots of garbage laying around not put in bins. Figure it was previous guests. I would recommend "
