"This is one of the better hotels I have stayed at. The staff from the moment my family walked in were so helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The restaurant food was great and the staff were amazing. We had a large group with children and the food came out on time. They even gave the kids free gelato! I would recommend this hotel for anyone in the Princeton area. "

"The property was quite loud. People yelling and running through the hallway at all hours. We did not have Wifi for two days because it was not working. The kitchen lacks any housewares that would make the kitchen useful. The refrigerator is dorm room sized. However, most concerning was the disregard for security. My husband's key card would not open one of the auxiliary doors to outside. He asked the front desk to assist with the issue. Without asking for identification or even his name, they reprogrammed his card. He could have been anyone. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Westin, Princeton for a family weekend. There were a few items that I noticed needed attention….an issue with a small leak (that stopped) with our mini fridge in the room and the sheer curtain had a rip in it. That being said, it was not a big deal and did not affect our experience at all. The hotel is lovely and had many nice public spaces. The fitness center was thoughtfully appointed. The restaurant and bar were very good, with fast and friendly service. The staff were outstanding! From the front desk, restaurant/bar and housekeeping we were so very pleased with the level of friendly service and competence of the staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come again! Thank you."
