Sparkling clean, fully stocked home away from home. Situated in a quiet family orientated neighborhood. If you are looking for space within 5km of all the best Prince George has to offer, you’ve found the right space.

Let us know any other requests such as; quiet hours (hey “I like to sleep in until 10am” ) we will make sure to monitor noise levels, etc. If we can accommodate reasonable requests we will do our best!

Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the unit or within 6 meters of the building/intakes/cars.

No unregistered guests in/on the property. Damage deposit required, returned after checkout inspection.

Home away from home
Wonderful, well appointed two bedroom unit for work stay. If you are looking for a lovely neighbourhood, outside of the downtown core, this is a great place to stay.

We really recommend this suite. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Terra was very prompt to respond to any inquiries that we had. We love to shop at Costco and it is just down the street. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Terra 🙂!

the suite was well equipped and very clean be nice not to be persecuted if you have a friend over just for a visit. I understand the need for quiet but not all people are looking to party and make noise.

Home away from home
Terra's place was absolutely clean, lots of space, a large well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Check in was easy and Terra was available for all questions. Parking on the driveway made life easy. It was lovely to be able to relax in the yard in a safe and very quiet neighborhood. Terra is a patient and more than fair manager, she even left some much appreciated goodies at check in, what a treat after 10+ hours of driving. We will be back!

Terra was a very thoughtful host. She provided us with everything we might need. We had some trouble with the e-key in the beginning. But she was reachable and so we could solve the problem.

Traveller's Delight
We had a fabulous stay at this property. All booking inquiries were responded to quickly and check in went smoothly. Clear instructions for accessing the internet and the suite were provided. The location, near UNBC and local shopping, offered easy access to the major highways for touring. The 2 bedroom suite is spacious, well appointed, and quiet. Having access to the backyard complete with a patio bistro set was an absolute oasis. Thank you for your hospitality and a lovely stay. I'll be sure to book future trips to Prince George with you! #grateful
