Our property is located minutes from beautiful sceneries and two minute walk to Millennium hiking trail. You can enjoy sipping wine on our front porch or our Pergola facing our backyard. Enjoy the entire house (excluding basement storage space) at the convenience of many wineries and beaches nearby. This stunning newly renovated and furnished home is located on a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by nature. Attention to detail is evident throughout this 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home, featuring a very functional layout for families and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and a coffee area with and Keurig coffee maker and tea and coffee.

The gorgeous master bedroom includes luxurious queen size bed, balcony and an ensuite bathroom.

The spacious rear deck provides an outdoor Barbecue (propane provided) for your stay and a beautiful garden view.

Prince Edward County is a unique island getaway in southeastern Ontario offering something for everyone: scenic trails for cycling and hiking, a rich collection of colonial architecture, stunning beaches, vibrant culture featuring fine restaurants and other local culinary delights, wineries, galleries as well as music, theatre, food and art festivals.

Due to Prince Edward County bylaws, this property sleeps a maximum of 6 guests plus 3 children (age 9 and under)

House Rules:

-No shoes inside the home.
-No smoking inside the property.
-No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6.
-No pets allowed
-Please turn off the lights, fans and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
-Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manger.
-The property needs to be left in a neat and tidy condition. All dishes washed and put away.
-Please do not use the towels we provide to remove makeup
-Garbage is limited to 1 bag (additional bags will need to be disposed by the guests) excluding recycle, leave them in the blue bin.
-We have a sensitive septic system, absolutely no female or male products to be flushed. ONLY flush toilet papers.

Hot tub maintenance:

-Please keep the Hot Tub lid closed when not in use
-Please keep the Hot Tub floater inside when not in use with Bromine Tablet.

Would recommend bringing bug spray, please keep all the doors and windows closed to prevent mosquitos/bugs from getting in. Keep the lights off prior to opening doors in the night to prevent bugs from getting in.

Entire home except for the basement space and one supply closet in the living room is available to our guests to enjoy.

Other things to note:

If you wish to use the fire pit, please contact us first. The County Municipality has very strict rules on open fires and we will discuss whether or not this is possible with all stays.

From time to time we do have maintenance staff visit the exterior of the property that might overlap with your stay to help us maintain our property. Our dedicated maintenance team includes hot tub service, grass cutting, garbage removal, and snow removal. There should be no impact on your stay and nor does any one require in-house access unless pre-discussed with you or it is to address an in trip issue you might be experiencing.

Christina was an amazing host and the property lived up to the photos and description! It was beautifully decorated and furnished with lots of room for my family of 6. We enjoyed the great outdoor space too! Lots of great extra touches like coffee pods and coffee syrup, lovely hand soap and all the amenities you could ask for! The kitchen had high end appliances and cook ware. Would really recommend this property when you are exploring Prince Edward County! We had a super stay!

This property is amazing! My friends and I came here for a weekend and were very impressed. The property is very modern, clean and big. It is exactly as advertised! House is lovely! Modern and comfortable home with a great deck area featuring a fabulous hot tub. Could soak in hot tub and enjoy star filled sky! Beds are comfy, bathrooms are nicely remodeled, two with massive showers and one has a nice soaker tub. Huge TV was nice for movies at end of day. Overall house is exactly as advertised and is very clean, comfortable and close to all the county has to offer. I would book again.

Girls Trip
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Christina’s property. The pictures don’t do her place justice! Everything is beautifully designed and she has really focused on guest experience with so many little details and finishes. We enjoyed the Millennium Trail which is just steps away and loved relaxing in the hot tub. Christina was responsive and a wonderful host. We will definitely be staying here again!

Christina responds really quickly to any request, she made some accommodation for us, which we really appreciated. When you enter the property, you directly fall in love with it! So much space to cook, amazing dinner table, beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in ever in my whole life. The TV is the biggest you’ll have seen, it is just insane. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation!!

Beautiful home for a girls getaway in PEC
I booked this property for a November getaway with some friends. Christina (the owner) was great - she replied to any of my emails immediately and was willing to accommodate a last minute date change due to an unexpected snow storm in the area. The home was exactly as expected. Beautifully renovated, comfortable area for relaxing or watching TV, big kitchen to prepare meals, comfortable beds, etc. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful place tucked away in the county.
Really enjoyed our stay! A beautiful, newly renovated country house with lots of space, very clean and all the amenities. The well stocked coffee bar in the breakfast nook was a family favourite, as well as the hot tub and lovely back patio complete with a pond. The house is on a quiet country road but a quick 15 minutes to North beach and near lots of other county destinations. Christina was a very responsive host, sending us instructions and making sure our stay was going well. 5/5 for this one - highly recommend if you’re looking for a lovely spot tucked away in the county.

Beautifully renovated country house
We had an amazing stay at the Gardenville Inn. The house is situated on a quiet country road a very short walk to the Millenium Trail for hiking/biking. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully appointed with all the amenities required for our girls trip away. Christina was a great host, answering all of our questions very promptly. She even checked daily for open fire status so that we could use the fire pit. Highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous country home.

Exploring PEC
We enjoyed 4 nights in a lovely renovated home…great kitchen, large bathroom x2 with beautiful showers. Took advantage of the hot tub in the evenings and Top Gun was impressive on the big TV. Found kitchen had necessities but limited dishware and silverware meant the dishwasher had to be run frequently. Having some kitchen cloths would have helped with tidying up after cooking. Outdoor garden space has not been particularly well maintained but there is a nice deck front and back. Some furniture on the front porch would have made it another nice place to relax. Location is central to lots of small towns and wineries but outside of the millennium trail everything requires driving to access.
