"The house was charming but a bit unpractical for 2 adults and 3 teens. The location was great with walking distance to the center of Hobart which made it possible for the teens to explore by themselves without being dependent on our car. The house was a bit cold (as most houses in Australia)."

"Great little getaway. Really had the best of both worlds with a beachside holiday and also being able to explore Hobart and surrounds easily. We were very lucky with the weather and dusted off the kayaks and spent many an hour just gazing at the view. Nice cafe (touch of mo) and Sunday market not far away. Great area for walks on the beach and exploring rockpools. Be mindful that bigger supermarkets are a half hour away. Initial problem with the WiFi which was solved quickly with good...

"There were a couple of maitenance issues which we had to work around. The kitchenette is quite basic for the cost of a stay. No stove or oven. Location is good, however you have to carry everything up quite a few steep stairs."

"A beautiful place, very comfortable beds and good amenities. Plenty of room for the 5 kids to relax in. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. The views are beautiful, was a pleasure to sit and have my morning coffee and stare out the front window :-)"

"Very peaceful & so close to the beach."

"Took my friends on a destination birthday. This house was perfectly designed with 3 queen rooms, 1 double and a single room. It was well stocked with utensils and glasses. We cooked up a storm. The location was close to major supermarkets and tourist spots, just amazing. "

"We really enjoyed our week as did our miniature schnauzer. The home presented exactly as described - spotless and with ample crockery, cutlery, pantry items and dog accessories. The view was amazing with dolphins present. The beach was minutes walk away and dog friendly. The property being not fully fenced was a minor issue. Property manager Deb was a great communicator. We will definitely be back"

"Spent a week in Tasmania. This location was perfect, with shopping and restaurants close by. Just a quick ferry ride over to Hobart and everything we needed was close by. The host, Jackie was responsive to all our questions and the house was wonderful. We definitely plan to come back again."

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Early check in. Wonderful location and excellent bed, linen and large kitchenette, we cooked everyday with lovely fresh ingredients. Definitely stay again!"
