"We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. "The home has a beautiful design. We felt very safe. It is located near the beach. Host is responsive and helped guide me to the home when lost. Definitely a place to retreat and be at peace. Only 30 minutes away from the city, but right next to the beach. "

"Had a great stay in Las Gaviotas at this property. It’s a short walk from the beach area, and super close to the entrance, tennis courts, and pool. The whole area is very easy to navigate to all the amenities. The property had some great retro style touches that I really enjoyed-tile, chairs etc. The on site property manager, Milano, checked in on us Frequently via text to make sure all was good. Great stay."

"Mr. Gerry has excellent communication. He is very quick to respond and to offer help. Our daughter became ill during our trip and we asked him to give us a recommendation for a dr. and he went above and beyond to set us up with a dr.'s appointment within an hour of talking to him. The outdoor patio was very chill and has a pretty view. We BBQ'd on one evening and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi that evening. The BBQ grill is pretty old and probably needs to be replaced.
