"The hotel was clean and well decorated. Plenty of lounge, function and dining areas. Food and drink were very good, plenty of choice but high end prices. Breakfast was included, tasty and plenty of it. Service throughout was excellent. Bed and room was comfortable. Mobility access might be a problem? There is an outdoor pool. Centre of town and beach was a good 15 minute walk. No local amenities that I noticed."

However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "Stayed here during the 75th anniversary of d-day. On arrival didn't know how to check in but was not a problem as owner lives next door. Great location to easily get to other places. Resident chickens in the garden made our stay welcoming and interesting. One day owner left us fresh eggs and on the last night of our stay left us a bottle of wine and biscuits. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back."
