Is out of season for this town so was quiet and not everything was open in Barneville Carteret but is a lovely little town. Beach is beautiful! She provided a thorough explanation of the features of the property. The property was spotlessly clean with a really well equipped kitchen. "We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The views from the backyard was stunning. I'm assuming the part of the house we stayed in was the pool house. It is connected to the owners home. "Stayed here during the 75th anniversary of d-day. On arrival didn't know how to check in but was not a problem as owner lives next door. Great location to easily get to other places. Resident chickens in the garden made our stay welcoming and interesting. One day owner left us fresh eggs and on the last night of our stay left us a bottle of wine and biscuits. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back."
