"The Apple Store was exactly as described and we are likely to return.A beautiful rental with some interesting and quirky features that I appreciated, such as the old school desk. I also appreciated things like the books and DVDs.The bedding is to die for, just stunning. "Once we got to grips with the traffic flow on arrival and parked up everything else was on foot which made a pleasant change from what we’re used to. Our 3 night stay was spent walking and visiting pretty much every shop looking for bargains and stopping occasionally for coffee and cake . Each evening we had multiple choices for pub meals all of which were great. Our host was very helpful and we wanted for nothing and the accommodation at Rose cottage was sublime Great fun for us and our dog"

"We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at Orchard Cottage. Clive and Kaeren are gracious hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I inquired about an ironing board and it arrived at the door less than 10 minutes later! The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Even though it was winter (and the weather wasn’t very cooperative) the property is lovely. I hope we will be able to return one summer to enjoy it in all its glory! "Lovely stay at the bungalow. Three friends on a singing weekend nearby. It was very well equipped, clean and peaceful. A drainer rack for the sink would be useful and the mattresses were a little ‘tired’. Nevertheless it was great for us and we would stay there again."

"Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size."

"Property was so cosy and clean. The views were to die for. Extremely remote snd lovely and quiet but not too far to be able to drive to certain places. Thankfully the owner of the property made our stay work after the booking agent hadnt informed her we were coming as she had no knowledge we were booked in."

One morning we mentioned to Arthur that the frying pan was warped and a bit difficult to cook with, and when we returned that evening a bag with a new pan was hanging on the door.
