"We had an issue when we arrive, leaking air conditioner, it was quickly resolved. Ladies at the desk were friendly and ALL staff created us throughout our stay, very refreshing. We will definitely stay here again if in the area."

"Extremely pleased with value and quality of this hotel - we needed to use the hide-a-bed and loved that it was a trundle, which was much more comfortable for the kiddo that had to sleep there compared to normal pull out couches. Breakfast was busy but staff was hustling to make sure things were stocked. Definitely recommend. Only downside was that the bathroom door shows light into the sleeping area so it means if someone gets up earlier or has to use the bathroom in the night the whole room...

"I stop at this property many times during the course of a year. When driving down from Illinois to Sarasota Florida this is the halfway point. I love this little place it is always clean and it is always inexpensive. Sometimes I even get a freezer :-) this time however it seems like we have some crazy people living there. Gamers with noise lasting until 1:00 in the morning. I hope this is not the trend"

"Very clean and high quality! Beds were very comfortable. Food was good! Service was nonexistent! They did not clean nor replace towels and trash bags and crib sheets. We stayed there several days. "

"We booked a suite, and needed to use the pull out couch, and it was very gross. Mattress pad dirty. We ended up sleeping on the sofa instead of the pull out part. Everything else was great. Loved the made to order omelettes! "

"Hotel is beautiful. Well kept. You get free breakfast and supper. Plus 3 alcoholic drink every night for adults. Pool is kept up with plenty of towels. Couldn't have picked a better place local to everything "

"This was the best little getaway. The hotel staff were kind. Breakfast was very good, there was a variety of hot foods, breads and cereal. We spent most of our time in downtown Chattanooga which was a short 15-20 min drive. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be coming back! "

"I don’t normally complain or write reviews. I think most reviews are people who hated it or loved it. I didn’t hate it, but I think I was given the worst room in the hotel. It was right next to the front entrance on one wall and had the ice maker and vending machines on the other. It shouldn’t be a room. It should be storage. Also- the bathroom floor and walls were disgusting. Luckily, I was too tired to care much about the noise or the dirt. "

"Our room was spotless. It was equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, small full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans and dishes), which came in handy during our extended stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included hot and cold items. The parking lot was well lit and safe. The view out of our window (towards the back) was less than desirable. The back of the hotel was littered with all kinds of garbage big and small. We are unsure if this was an adjacent lot."
