"We had a very nice stay at this property. The host was super friendly, accommodating and pro-active. The room and bathroom were spotless clean and the breakfast really good. We could only stay one night, but would always consider to come back to this when in the area. Highly recommended!"

"This truly is a find and thank the internet for it. I would never have stayed there because it is a bit out of the way, yet very accessible and close enough to everything. "The property is located in a very good place, with nicely decorated garden and pool. Just few miles from the Lake and all main attractions. Very nice hosts who are ready to help you on every question. Breakfast is with all fresh products and homemade pastry and eggs. We enjoyed a lot our stay."

"The hotel was very clean, and it was great that we had room service every day. Breakfast options were good. It would be good if they consider renovations of rooms as there is no electrical outlet or usb chargers and perhaps new fridges in the rooms. "Amazing place, the hill is a bit of a climb but well worth the views, spent a lot of money on taxis as it’s away from a lot of transport links, may be worth hiring a car. Service is amazing, bar staff super helpful and restaurant very nice."

"Good location. Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Happy stay! The only problem was that I paid CHF10.9 for the city tax as per hotel. But in my booking document I only need to pay AU12.45 for city tax plus tourism fee at the property. Ibis asked me to contact my booking agent who only said I need to pay the city tax. It was very confused me as my booking said I need to pay AU12.45 in the property but now I must pay CHF10.9 ( nearly AU20 ). My advice is if city tax needs to be paid in the property, please write in the local currency. Thanks!"
