"The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The air conditioning was marginal and only in the rooms- no AC anywhere else, including the gym. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but for Cambodia, it was overall nice for the price. There is only one pool. Which is totally fine and the pool was lovely, but misrepresented by the hotel. There is no spa. Easy transportation right outside the hotel. Overall, a nice stay but again, misrepresented by the photos and description on the website. "

A genuine oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap, yet still possible to get to walk (or 3 minute tuk-tuk if you don’t fancy the heat!) to local restaurants etc. staff excellent (very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, but also unobtrusive). And the food at the restaurant is first class."

"Staying at Vplus Hotel and Dorm Room was an excellent decision. The hotel’s exterior was charming and welcoming upon arrival. The spacious parking area provided ease of access for guests. The close proximity to various dining options was a major plus. Inside, the decor was stylish and created a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a great experience. "Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the dining, pool and accommodations. It really is a beautiful oasis and the service was top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We also utilized their service for transportation as well as arranging for a guide. If I ever come back, I will definitely be here again. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was perfect. I wish I had all the names of the staff that were so incredible. The concierge was very nice and arranging things too. Wonderful."

"Very convenient to Pub Street. Hotel is clean and the entire staff is courteous and friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your stay is available. We arrived 5 hours before check in but they made our room available at no extra charge. I would definitely stay here again. "
