"Location: the location is superb, right by the Pitons, very close to Volcano, Soufriere, Sugar beach and hiking trails. "We arrived Christmas Day, and booked only a few days prior to our vacation. I read many reviews beforehand, and have to admit that nearly all of them came to fruition. However, we paid only a fraction of the cost of many of the surrounding resorts. We couldn’t believe how beautiful and serene the location was. "From the moment we booked our week stay the staff have gone above and beyond answering any question we had ( via messaging thru Hotels.com) and assuring us that we should not worry , we were in good hands. This lil slice of heaven is truly a magical place. The beautiful people here make it a point to smile and say your name in any conversation. The food is delicious. The excursions are wonderful . "This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"The villa is spacious with great views. Beds are very comfortable, with (essential) mosquito nets. Kitchen is adequate but without much work surface. Swimming pool is fantastic, long enough to swim lengths and the water is warm. It is away from tourist centres. However it is not isolated, in fact the grass strimming in the neighbouring property was loud (about one day a week), and the traffic on the main road can just be heard – especially at weekends when motorcyclists seem to test their...

"The staff are absolutely amazing! The views are incredible. Bryan the (amazing) security guard is extremely knowledgeable of the local area and a fantastic guy to talk to, overall the views are incredible, it’s clean and has the most wonderful staff. They have breakfast but no dinner/lunch options, so be prepared to bring groceries or to drive to a restaurant. :) "

"THis was a last minute request, the owner upgraded us. Great service to / from airport for a fee consistent with the market in high season. If you don't have a car you might get a fair amount of walking to go different places. Nothing extravagant, just a place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Very friendly owner. "

Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"Our family had a fantastic vacation at Coconut Bay! The staff was exceptional—always cheerful and attentive. The resort itself is stunning, I enjoyed the yoga sessions by the ocean, while the kids had an amazing time at lazy river, water slides, and pool along with the organized games and activities. The Saturday evening Carnival was a highlight—such a lively and enjoyable event filled with music, dancing by Keisun and the guys on stilts, and great vibes The only drawback was they spotty Wi-Fi, so it's not something to rely on. Overall, Coconut Bay provided us with a memorable and fun-filled getaway. "

"Mr. Hunt and his team are amazing! They handled all our transportation and reservation needs. They provided a personal tour for just the four of us around the island and even let us stop by their sister property for a swim. The older cottages could use some updating and the beds are hard. We will forever remember our time in St. Lucia. Hopefully, we will be back! "
