"Difficult to locate, parking is a long walk away up and down cobble-stone streets, check-in is complicated, the apartment name is not as advertised, the nearby church bells sound on the hour. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana."

"Lovely apartment great location. It is a great location, right in the middle of things. It can be a bit noisy, particularly on the weekends but the windows are sealed and we have no trouble with it. We enjoy being able to walk to the Mercado Esperanza and get fresh seafood to cook or to go to the many excellent bars and restaurants in the area. Love the place will stay again our next trip."

"Close to local attractions . The secondary bedroom was warm as there was no window some dirty cups in the cupboard oversight I’m sure. Extra bed in living room not comfortable at all I think it was a boxspring. Overall it was a nice place a little more attention to detail."

"Desde el primer momento que hice la reserva Alejandro ya estaba en contacto conmigo. La ubicación del sitio es ideal, tienes la autovía a menos de 1 km y había un montón de aparcamiento. Tienes un montón de supermercados cerca como Mercadona o Lidl, además de gasolinera a menos de 50 metros. En cuanto llegamos Alejandro nos recomendó un montón de sitios para comer y visitar y estaba a nuestra disposición sobre cualquier cosa que necesitásemos. "Alejandro, was brilliant, very attentive, 'Topman!!' Unfortunately we were here during lock down, so couldn't experience restaurants etc. We were also very limited, as all beach kiosks restaurants etc closed. Apartment bijou, but everything there except a freezer and only Spanish TV, so take your iPads!!! Good Wifi!!"

"Stayed one week in this beautiful large apartment just a short walk from central Santander. Apartment was perfect for what we wanted. We used the bus network to get around with estop just outside taking you to El Sardinero. Would recommend apartment as it's close to centre of Santander but not so that it is too noisy. . Mar was an excellent host"

"We enjoyed our week here. The house was fine for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the sunshine although it might be a bit small if there was as a lot of rain and you needed to be inside - for example only 1 small sofa to sit on and 4 chairs round the table. The swimming pool and padel tennis court were amazing - we loved using them and mostly had them to ourselves all week! The local beaches are beautiful. A kettle would have been a good addition to the kitchen!"
