"Property is as listed. Property manager, Luca, was totally awesome! He was very responsive and helpful. Arranged an in villa cooking class and dinner for us on our last night. Amazing. Know that you have to walk a lot of steps to and from town unless you’re willing to wait for a shuttle bus reasonably close by. If you have knee issues, it should be a consideration, but the view was worth every step! Thank me for the opportunity to stay here!"

"The villa was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the location - quiet and off the beaten path! The house was well appointed with comfortable beds and the swimming pool was a bonus! The kitchen was perfect to make meals at home and the views from the terrace were prime! Luigi was very helpful with information at check-in and told us stories of the original owners. 5 star stay! "Excellent location in Praiano -steps below the beautiful church, with a wonderful view of Positano. Lovely little restaurant up on the main road, easy to take buses to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. We were able to take a boat tour to Capri from the Praiano Beach. Bedrooms overlooking the Mediterranean!. My only caution would be that the lower level with one bedroom and kitchen had a damp mildewy smell. But the upper level with two bedrooms was perfectly fine. Wonderful balcony with loungers and...
