"The house is beautiful and Roberto was an amazing host! The pool was amazing and warm with a gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains from the deck. The beds were comfortable and the house was large and very clean. We had a couple of minor issues that we did NOT complain about to Roberto because they didn't effect our stay. But, the house was very warm during the day. There is only AC in the bedrooms. However, we didn't spend a lot of time IN the house. We were out on the deck and in the pool....

I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool. "We had some trouble identifying exactly what to expect, but were very pleasantly surprised. The house is in the top portion on a cliff, with another, larger one, between the lower floor and the sea deck. This second one was not rented when we were there - I guess the feeling would be different with the lower house occupied by a different party. Excellent help of the houses employee, solving every request and problem. Whilst the house is very good, equipment was erratic and more party suited...
