"Excellent stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing, and the restaurant was superb. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a minor issue where the room was a bit different than the pictures, but they quickly recognized the mistake and compensated us more than fairly. Would stay again."

"A localização é boa, perto da praia e de fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos de Carneiros. A área externa da pousada é linda e aconchegante, tem redes para descanso, área com grama, coelhos, piscina, café da manhã ok e um restaurante na pousada com preço bom, porém o banheiro deixou muito a desejar. Chuveiro péssimo, sai pouca água, nada de pressão e um fio de água pra cada lado, pra lavar o cabelo é péssimo. Impossível tomar um banho de chuveiro relaxante na pousada. Se não fosse o banheiro,...

"Uau... gostamos de tudo, só nao gostamos dos horarios de checkin e checkou, pois deve-se chegar as 15hs e sair as 11hs da manha.. nao parece que pagamos por 24 horas.."

"Excelente resort, a poucos metros da igrejinha de Carneiros. Infraestratura sensacional, destaque para as piscinas e para carrinho de golfe oferecido para locomoção dentro do resort. No entanto, restaurante deveria ser melhor, o custo benefício não é muito bom e são bem limitadas as opções de delivery no local. O horário de funcionamento do mercadinho também deveria ser ampliado, é bem limitado. "

"The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay! "

"The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."
