I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool. "We had some trouble identifying exactly what to expect, but were very pleasantly surprised. The house is in the top portion on a cliff, with another, larger one, between the lower floor and the sea deck. This second one was not rented when we were there - I guess the feeling would be different with the lower house occupied by a different party.
