"I think this hotel operates as a scam; at least partially. Expedia allowed me to book the stay at 9:30pm for the very same night; 10:15pm I was at the property - no one at the reception, impossible to check-in. I was there for ~20min waiting. Some people were loud at the "staff only" door next to the reception. After knocking on them, they came out storming at me what do I want, to stop knocking on them, and that they "don't work there". "My friend and I visited Prague last week and we had a great experience! The hotel is very nice and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is by all tourist attractions which makes it a perfect hotel if you are visiting for only a few days. The room and hotel was very clean and well kept. The only remark is that the shower tub is very high which you have to be careful getting out of. I don't know what it is like in other hotel rooms. It is not something to stir you away from booking but something to be mindful about! "

Perfect hotel

"Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location to easily get in to all the main areas. Good transport links with a tram right outside. Breakfast had everything you could need in the lovely restaurant area. We ate one night in the hotel and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from our stay and would definitely come back. "
