I heard they will be renovating and re naming the hotel and they are making another one down the road. Hope they put better pp at the front desk. "The most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered on a vacation anywhere, they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. They also pointed me in the right direction toward the best of what Spetses has to offer! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with beautiful modern baths and ice cold air conditioning. I had a balcony with an incredible view! The pool was lovely and peaceful, although the hotel is a short walk to a beach club as well - where I spent a relaxing day of swimming and sunbathing. The breakfast was perfect, and was served on a beautiful patio by the pool under the shade of ancient olive trees. The hotel is also a short walk to the charming Old Port area, and on the way there are cafes, churches, gardens, and postcard-worthy villas under hills covered in pines and flowering vines. Their spa services are also top notch! I can’t wait to return someday."

"Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available or unlocked whilst we were there, I only realised this on my return and was why we had to have two people share who probably would have not wanted to - I should have raised this but in my holiday haze didn't realise and would have had no doubt this would have been accommodated by the lovely owner - just a point for if you're visiting to note. Directions to the property from the main road could be a little clearer too as took a while to find it and there are two Villa Bella Vistas in the Porto Heli area, this one on google maps. The art and the pool are the stars of the show, you the vibe here was really relaxed and I'd definitely stay again. "
