The town is very pretty with lovely riverside walks and opportunities for fishing. There were plenty of cafes, small shops and an excellent supermarket nearby. Living next door, the host was very helpful. The area itself was great for walking, picnics, fishing and we found different places to go each day. Walking by the river and finding places for our dog to swim was a particular treat as was the quality of local restaurants and the friendliness of people we met. "
