The owners and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.the views where to die for with the whole of the bay infront of you from my bedroom window. "The room was very dirty and full of dust when we arrived. The lady at the reception was unnecessarily aggresive, rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions and made us feel very uneasy. She was completely unapproachable and did not welcome any questions. We stayed four nights and no cleaner turned up at all. There was no kettle and we were advised to take the rubbish ourselves to the neighbouring bin area. One of the aircons did not work and were advised that this aircon never works. She...

"We stayed for 9 days and it was clean and quiet, a great place to enjoy a vacation, and it was easy to get to Naples city, which is only 30 minutes away by train. I highly recommend this accommodation."

"Had a lovely stay at Artis Mare, situated right on the coast and offering sea views from the room. The staff here are lovely, I was surprised that housekeeping was provided every day, having stayed at much more expensive hotels worldwide where this is no longer a reality. Artis Mare, despite being a BnB offer great in room facilities such as a reasonably priced mini bar and complimentary nespresso machine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will be back. "

"This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well."

"Room had been recently renovated. The room amenities were sorely lacking, not a cup, glass or tissue to be found. The air conditioning unit made a terrible noise. Maintenance came but was told that due to renovations, nothing could be done. The breakfast was great. "

"The property is nicely located,beautiful, clean and good staff in the hotel are very helpful. the problem is luck of transportation, to get a bus you have to wait between 45min to 60min if you are lucky. To get a taxi from Naples to the hotel, you get charge double price because it is different regions to Naples. For that's location is better to rent a car or scooter to be able to visit around and don't worry about how to get back to the hotel . Overall we had great holiday and nice people's...

"Positioned close to the beach and the railway station, the location appeared to be very good but with a room on top of a very busy road and roundabout, the noise didn't let up. Why was I put in a room on the noisy side of the hotel overlooking the road when the hotel was empty literally. What really makes this a two-star though even for its bargain price is the fact that they lock the hotel up at 1:00 a.m. and then do not reopen it until 8:30 a.m. I wanted to go out for breakfast but was...

"The best thing about this property is the shower. The walls are so thin we could hear the disruptive neighbour going to the bathroom. It smelt awful, no parking as advertised and breakfast was prepackaged. Don’t waste you’re money staying here!!"
