"Our room was just a tiny room with one small window at the top corner of the room. It felt a bit like a bunker. The beds were not very comfortable. The staff was nice and the breakfast was small but quite nice. The area is not nice though. "

"Room had been recently renovated. The room amenities were sorely lacking, not a cup, glass or tissue to be found. The air conditioning unit made a terrible noise. Maintenance came but was told that due to renovations, nothing could be done. The breakfast was great. "

"It was one of the best hotels i have stayed in around pozzuoli. The owners and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.the views where to die for with the whole of the bay infront of you from my bedroom window. "They would not allow us on the rooftop terrace and gave no explanation. Then reluctantly gave us 5 supervised minutes.There were no laundry facilities as stated. The staff at the desk were laughing and making fun of us ( assumed we couldn’t understand ) There was a great deal of mold in the shower and our room door only opened half way. "

"This beautiful medieval villa was a perfect destination. The building and its grounds are breathtaking ! The courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy the delicious included breakfast or a lemon cello spritzer in the afternoon. Our room was actually a suite with an enormous private terrace. A stay at Villa Avellino is a dream come true!"
