" We stayed as a family (our 4 adult kids, our son-in-law, and 2 grandkids) between Christmas and over New Year’s Day. Communication was excellent—especially given that it was over a holiday! We had everything we needed for cooking and settling in. The beds were very comfy. Master Bath 1 was luxurious with a large shower room and a Japanese tub and a seat with handheld. The other master bath was also very nice. There were 2 full and one half bath downstairs. The two small kids (2 and 4) slept...

"We loved our time at this lovely, spacious lake house! Perfect balance of space for gathering and spots to soak in peaceful solitude. Had plenty of every supply we could have needed, as well--the scented soaps and shampoos especially were a hit. The views are breathtaking! Sunset over the lake was gorgeous. So enjoyed the kayaks, pool table, and, cozy, fluffy blankets. Best of all was the super prompt, always warm and friendly communication from the host. We very much hope to return someday!"

"Perfect size for a small family. Very clean and cozy. The only thing that would have made it better is a bed that folds out from the couch. If your 5th occupant is a small child, the couch works out fine. If you do not have a small child it might not work for you. "

"The barn is a nice place. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. There isn’t much to do in Tyler so we spent our afternoons in the pool and had a blast. The barn is between two other homes but the way it is setup made it feel very private. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Evan was a fabulous host. We had an extended stay, almost a month, and everything was perfect! He made sure we always had what was needed. There was a power outage, neighborhood wide, Evan supplied us with a generator until the power was restored. There are zero complaints regarding our stay. Highly recommended!!"

"This house is truly amazing. It is tucked in the pines so the mornings are relaxing hearing the pines move in the breeze.The house has a large living room, kitchen and outside areas are big enough to entertain family and friends. The bed rooms are large and spread out so you don’t feel like you are sleeping on to of one another. We will be staying here again."

"Stayed at the Blue Pelican for the back half of spring break. House was lovely, clean, and well stocked. There’s a Dollar General around the corner if you forget anything. Free boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Fishing was tough because of the crazy winds so I took the kids to the indoor water park that’s 20 minutes away. "Several old college buddies from around the state congregated in Frankston to play three rounds of golf at Pine Dunes and to watch college football. This home served our needs very well. "Jesse was a great host; always responded, check in and check out was simple and less requirements than most hosts! We came down from Oklahoma to spend some time with our TX grands. The house was set up to keep them entertained (as well as grandpa!). The house was clean and simple in design which made cleaning up and keeping up with grandkids easy and hassle free. "We visited the dome home for my girlfriend’s birthday and really enjoyed the entire stay. the host was extremely communicative and the listing was exactly as described. great little hot tub, quirky and lovable “dome” house, and secluded enough to really feel like a getaway. We would love to come back again- highly recommend it!"
