"The check-in was easy. The view amazing, the facility was clean and had all the amenities to create a comfortable stay. The Telus box in the main room is broken so the TV not usable and the shower did not work in the bathroom - hence the 3 stars for condition and facilities and as the check in is the store clerk, there isn't much option for resolving these issues in the moment. "
