"This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!"

"Amazing and helpful hosts. Pierce and his wife have a fantastic family and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our two night stay in early September. His suggestions for lunch and dinner restaurants/cafes were top notch. They really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was served every day on time in your room as requested. "Excellent location near Mestre station (just one stop by train to Santa Lucia), clean and comfortable room, and good value for money. The sink, the TV, and the AC in the single room come in very handy. The owner, however, is a grumpy guy who won't hesitate to swear and yell at you at the flimsiest excuse (yes, really!). "
