"This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!"

"Amazing and helpful hosts. Pierce and his wife have a fantastic family and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our two night stay in early September. His suggestions for lunch and dinner restaurants/cafes were top notch. They really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was served every day on time in your room as requested. "Eliana is great to work with, our flight was delayed 5 hours and she had someone there late to check us into the property. The place is very nice and clean. It is one block from the tram stop to get in and out of Venice, it couldn’t be easier. This is a great place and I highly recommend it."
