"Absolute 10/10 for customer service! All people I had come into contact with at reception were ever so friendly, polite, welcoming & went out of their way to help you! Lovely location, very good price & very affordable. Few little DIY touches needed on the room but overall a very pleasant stay :) will be coming back! "

"The host, Martin, was very welcoming and first impressions of the inside when in reception were very good. The hotel has a small car park which we appreciated and it is near the North Pier which is a very convenient for us. Unfortunately there is no lift. We stayed between Christmas and New Year so it was cold and being on the top floor we could have done with a little more heat. The beds were very comfortable and the room facilities very good. The breakfast was excellent. We hope to return...

"Pros 7 minute walk to all the shops and coral island Room 3 has a very comfortable bed Both the room and bathroom was clean Large storage cupboard for all your clothes and suitcase Negatives Unusual procedure when you arrive has you check in at another hotel then collect your keys back at the Albany hotel Loud people above the room 1 night but after phoning the owner he soon sorted the situation out and apologised to us "

"We stayed here to go watch britains got talent from discussions on the phone to arriving we was greeted with polite friendly greetings, the family run hotel is perfect for all occasions and bringing children, the family are a delightful and friendly people and could not do enough for us the beds was so comfortable and the room and whole house was very clean and when arriving back was greeted with a beautiful smelling candle we will definitely be back thank you for a really nice stay."

"The best place to stay in Preston. A hidden gem, great value for money. 10-12 minutes walk from the station, the room that I stayed in was very tidy and clean. Host is very friendly and good with responding to messages, clear instructions on checking in. Will definitely come back if I ever need to stay in Preston."

"Love this hotel /B&B this was a return trip to this place . It’s central to everything a few minutes to the town and town center …we could see the tower from our bedroom window. If you expect 5star then this isn’t for you but if you need a nice clean comfortable place to stay then book them now …the only gripe I have is the bed wasn’t big enough and was a bit lumpy but apart from that 10/10"

Presidential hotel stay room with a view

"Fantastic room 206 fantastic view of the sea fabulous fourposter bed, clean facilities, very good bathroom shame bath jacuusi was not working.... Fab facilities fantastic food and service from. Josh and Nathan so very helpful and courteous they both excelled and went extra mile in understanding helpfulness and I was treated with friendship and respectfully. The laundry, bedding towels, were exceptional and clean and the domestics both knock ask if anything needed fabulous service. Feel josh particularly friendly and a very good chef and cooks delivers fantastic soups steak pies with all vegetables potatoes is also very talented singer, he's, a, happy chappy and will bring u whatever you need. I was totally relaxed and happy with my stay from 10th - 13thjan 2025. "

"Really enjoy staying at Holiday Inn across the world. They are simply comfortable and always have a good atmosphere. I come out feeling content and happy! There were a few issues with the room I was in. The aircon didn’t work. There was a bathroom hook missing to hang the towel. But that was really it and didn’t make any difference to the quality of service provided and the great breakfast they had! Thank you. "
