"Nice little Hotel, room was clean and fresh and the staff were very friendly. It was our first time here and were pleasantly surprised. Good location just off the N10 and just right for an overnight stay on our way to Spain. Will definitely put this on our favourites list "

"Lovely, quirky hotel right in the middle of the city so very convenient for everything. The receptionists were excellent, so bright and helpful. Particularly helped with the parking as it’s quite tricky when the small car park is busy. The rooms were interesting - each seems to have an individual theme with different colours and attractive vintage furniture. Very comfortable with lovely linen bedding. One small thing is that whilst they have tea and coffee in the room you have to get milk from reception which is a minor but unnecessary inconvenience. The rooms were spotless, as were the interestingly decorated communal areas. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was very standard and not so well maintained if you don’t get there first thing. Oddly, they serve your coffee in a jug with no top which means it goes cold very quickly which is very frustrating. "

"The photos do not do this property justice. Its a lovely large secluded house in the middle of sunflower fields. The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. There is a sandpit and a wooden lookout that are not pictured, but were a lovely surprise. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended. "

"Thank you for a lovely stay in the house. The kids enjoyed the sports facilities and the development is peaceful and secure. Spacious garden and house, even for 5 of us and the house could have still been comfortable with more people. Great location, close to shops etc., but still a quiet location surrounded by sunflowers. "We arrived to a lovely welcome by Malcolm. The pictures were very accurate. The farmhouse was beautiful and rustic. The views were gorgeous. We had everything we needed for a group family stay. Shops weren’t too far away. Thank you Malcom it was fab. "
