They wrote a message to me a day before arrival stating there is no internet, and call them for the check in details. There was not an “I am sorry for your inconvenience.,..” They did try to have a company fix it. And after 4 days without, they had someone drive up a hot spot box. We used our own data for days. When I asked for dish soap the owner said to go buy it. I kindly suggested...

"Ten of us enjoyed an 'out of season' break at this lovely property in the small town of Cauteretes nestled in the stunning mountain landscape. With ages from 3 upwards we found plenty to do in the vicinity from a lovely animal park, to thrilling luge rides, gentle walks, to the cave and train ride at Lourdes and the relaxing spa - we packed a lot in! The house provided a perfect homely base. The stove was easy to use and was a welcome burst of heat and comforting flames after some long days...

Bien situé mais l’intérieur n’est pas adapté aux enfants en bas âge car il y a des marches à l’intérieur (accès cuisine, chambres) La troisième chambre est un coin nuit (fermée seulement avec des rideaux et accès par des marches donc en hauteur) Pas de four Côté positif : l’emplacement et le propriétaire est très sympas "

"The house is in a slightly elevated position above Argelès-Gazost with beautiful views of the Pyrenees. It was a perfect base for riding the many famous cols in the area. The house easily accommodated four cyclists and their gear and had plenty of space to relax at the end of each day. The nearby town has all the shops you need including bars and restaurants and a friendly bike shop. "
