"Although unimpressive on the outside, the room was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. Cute courtyard for lounging was right outside our door. Affordability A+"

"Definitely wasn't what the pictures showed. I thought we were staying in a more upscale hotel, comparable to Hilton or Hampton, but it seemed like the rooms were under construction still. They had new floors but the bathrooms needed upgrading. There were some shady people hanging about that might've been living there? They made us feel unsafe. You also have to ring the door bell to get to the front desk...should've been a sign to not stay. Good to lay your head down but really not worth the money spent - aaaand, we got a "discount" thru one of the booking sites. "

"I really enjoyed the lazy river and the hot tub. We were part of the National Ford Model T club with over 60 cars touring around the area, many with trailers, and parking was great. We had a special parking area for our tow cars and trailers and also a special parking area for all our Ford Model T's. Everyone I spoke to was very please with the accommodations. I was just about to go to sleep the last night we were there and I started hearing loud bangs and explosions. I opened the curtains that there was a 15 minute firework show from 9:30-9:45. Not sure why, but it was cool."

"The entire staff was friendly. Props to the Valet staff, check in specialist and the housekeepers. Viejas hotel stay was awesome. We where there for a concert (La Banda El Recodo). Yes, there was construction around the lobby, but our stay and experience was great. Thank you Viejas staff. Will be back next n August!! 👍☺️"
