"Beautiful Place, on the mountain side of the pacific coast, the main staircase from reception down to the first large pool is incredible. Birds, Monkeys, Iguanas--everywhere. Nice people, friendly service, lots of food and drink options. Beach has wonderful shells at low tide and great swimming. Rent a car for your stay and travel on your own to some of the remote beaches to the North--the roads are rough--but the adventure is something you will remember for the rest of your days. Take two big drives--go to Monte Verde and see the cloud forest--don't forget to drink some coffee in Monte Verde's small town on the way out. Then go to Rincón de la Vieja National Park and see the volcano. Just incredible. VIDA PURA"

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, we enjoyed the pool, and the hourly shuttle made getting to and from downtown so quick and easy!! Highly recommend staying here! We would come back in a heartbeat!"

"A beautifully landscaped property on the black sand beach of Playa Potrero. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The staff was excellent, the lounge area by the pool and beach was very enjoyabke, and the food was nice (even the free breakfast). There are a handful of restaurants and a food store within a 5 minute walk as well. We would stay again. "
