"The home was amazing. It exceeded all of our expectation's. From jimmy the concierge, daily house cleaning and nightly security the only thing we needed to do was decide where to go for dinner, with its great location the choices were plentiful, the food exceptional and everyone was friendly. We would swim in the pool, walk down the beach or enjoy a sunset from the back patio looking over the ocean. Everything was spectacular."

It was never crowded and felt semi-private; would have been completely private if not for a public access street/parking nearby. There was a canopy set up on the beach for us and we were able to take the lounge chairs on the patio out on the beach. The ocean was amazing. Perfect temperature, clean, and fairly calm during day. "Loved to be in front of the beach. The house was in very good-to-excellent condition. There was no AC in the living area and it was too hot at times. There were too many switches that took us a while to figure out. We had a great time and would go back. "

"We loved our staying at Riu Guanacaste. The hotel was in a nice location. They have monkeys right next to the hotel and the beach was very nice. The staff was amazing and the food was very good, they have a wide variety of options at the buffet, the only thing I would say is that the other restaurants are a little difficult to book because you have to make a line before they open to get a spot. The road to get to it needs to be paved. Im glad that they will be updating this hotel because it needs it, but I will say that I loved everything about it. The entertainment crew is really great. I will definitely recommend people to stay here and I will definitely come back again. Pura Vida! "
