"One of the first multi-story hotels in Iloilo City almost a decade ago. It is beginning to show its age now, and is consequently in need of renovation/redecoration and repair. The car parking is up a very narrow driveway and the ceiling height is too low. (The radio antenna broke off as I was reversing out of a very confined space!) The breakfast was limited and cheaply made. The main dishes for breakfast were rarely replenished as they ran low. A bonus is the view from the dining room on the 11th floor. A further advantage of this hotel is that it sits opposite SM CITY."

"It was my first time again coming home to Iloilo Philippines after almost 7 years overseas. We were so tired from our travel and they allowed us for an early check in. We booked the junior suite room and we were amazed how big, clean and comfortable the room was. Modern room with spacious bathrooms. The only downside was the pillowcase was not changed from the previous user which was dealt with immediately, this did not affect my ratings. We have been to several countries and tried different accommodations but this by far offered the best room. Staff were also amazing and very helpful from the front desk as well as the guard in the main entrance who was very helpful. Will definitely stay in this hotel when I go back to Iloilo. "
