We got there and immediately wanted to stay an extra night and the host was quick to respond and allow us. Words can’t even described the experience we had there. "This stay was our last hurrah before I start my battle with the big “C”. My mind was very muddy and I scheduled the stay for the next night accidentally among other issues… the front desk was having issues due to their internet being down and we didn’t realize my mistake until morning. The front desk manager was such a sweet person. I never told her my issues but I believe she knew I was struggling. She resolved my issues with such compassion and kindness. Didn’t get her name but am very grateful to her and her staff! "
