"We stayed here four years ago and decided to stay again. Our family of four enjoyed the cozy, quiet cabin. We ventured to nearby towns, including Decorah. The owners are great. Highly recommend. "

"The cabin is large and comfortable. Excellent setup for two couples and children. Inside was clean. The outside needs some picking up, which is to be expected in early springtime in Iowa.Some of the utensils, such as the can opener and vegetable peeler, need replacing."

"we enjoyed our stay, the place was very roomy and easy to find. we enjoyed the hot tub. we didn't like the hand rail on the stairs(they seemed steep) it was to big (your hands couldn't grip it) but it was a great get away and very relaxing"

"We recently had a weekend getaway to this location. The property manager was very precise with our expectations and everything was as Advertised. The rustic feel was amazing. We spent much of our time in the hot tub, as it was winter with snow on the ground. We were just about 30 minutes away from Priarie Du Chein and Harper's Ferry and went to the winery. "Great location for hiking and seeing the effigy mounds. Plenty of little towns nearby to have a meal if you so choose. The cabin is beautiful inside with all the amenities needed for a very cozy stay. Wonderful place for a quiet getaway! "
