"Parking was limited to 3 narrow spaces at the rear of the guesthouse but there is the option of residents parking in a nearby street (we were given a residents parking permit). We were in an en-suite room in the basement, with use of the fridge and microwave in the basement kitchen area which was useful. There were a couple of cobwebs in the corners of the room but the shower, toilet, sink and bed were spotless. Breakfast was great, with a varied menu. The dining room was clean and welcoming....

"I could not praise the staff here more, despite my room not being available till lunch that day, they were more than happy for me to come down earlier to pick up my room key and drop off my bags before a day at university. "The Rocket cottage was everything we’d hoped for ! Fantastic location looking out over the sea, good access to the beach below which is dog friendly, what more could we ask for. The cottage was peaceful, cosy and warm, internet connection a little weak in places but we managed. The bed was comfortable and having access to a washer dryer was a bonus. Portwrinkle is a beautiful spot to explore northern Cornwall and we would definitely recommend The Rocket cottage as a place to stay, we loved it ! "
