"We booked the Alhambra Palace Hotel for one night in Granada. The obvious big plus here is the proximity to the Alhambra which amazing to see (private tour is well worth it !). The hotel has an old world flair and grandeur that is special. The view from the bar and breakfast area and balcony is exceptional. "Beautiful 16th century palace with amazing view of the Alhambra. Very clean and nice size room, although some of the furnishings were a little tired. Excellent breakfast."

"Can't say much about your place other than I highly recommend it. Location can't be beat, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious for Europe, very modern touches and the beds were comfortable. Parking in the car elevator was a wild experience but worked well and price was in line with other hotels. We were on the 3rd floor and had a little sound in the morning from the street but nothing that woke us up or was bothersome. Highly recommend."

"Excellent location, if you are in decent shape and prefer walking to explore the city, it’s very walkable to the Alhambra, Albaicin. You’ll walk by shops, restaurants, moorish streets, churches and even stop for hammam, and it felt pretty safe and lively at night"

"The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite. "

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Absolutely Fabulous!

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again."

"Excellent location! Steps from the lifts⛷️ Beautiful hotel w very good dining options! I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were all amazing as well, especially Lydia (my Pilates instructor at Melia SolyNieve) I can’t wait to come back next year :) Thanks Melia "

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. The hotel is cery close to the chair lift down into the centre of Pradollano and lift passes can be bought from the machine in the hotel reception. The decor is a little tired and dated but overall comfortable for a family trip. We are definitely considering a return trip"
