"We had two ‘Comfort Rooms’ and our whole stay was EXCELLENT from the moment we arrived. "Alessandra is an amazing hostess and a sincerely nice person. I felt like everything about our stay was personalized. Breakfast was amazing with homemade brittle and granita (it was very warm out so this was a special treat) and a host of other treats and fresh fruit. The property is beautiful and well Maintained. "The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous. You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. I think that it was expensive for what we got."

"The rooms were large and comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Parking will be an issue during peak holiday season. And, accessing the property in a large vehicle will be impossible since the road is SO NARROW. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we were able to walk everywhere within Avola. Most restaurants were already closed for the season when we visited in early Nov so bear that in mind if you plan to visit during the off season."

"Sehr schönes Haus, unterteilt in einen Hauptteil und ein kleines Apartment, die Teenager haben den Pöatz für sich genossen. Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer und der Weg am Meer entlang ist eher eine Geröllhalde...dafür ist der Blick atemberaubend! Die Terrasse ist super, eigentlich gibt es immer Schatten! Die Mücken haben uns geärgert, aber vor den Türen zu den Zimmern sind richtig gute Fliegengitter (als Schiebetüren), die haben uns gerettet! Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etc.ist...
